Jim Paprocki

For Black Hawk County Supervisor

I moved to Waterloo with my family in 1988 seeking a better quality of life in a smaller community.  I want to ensure that Black Hawk County maintains the quality of life that originally drew me here while preparing for the demands of the future.

working each day to improve the quality of life

for the people of Black Hawk County.”

Sustainable agriculture practices on Black Hawk County farms
